Designing for a Twitch Streamer is an experience in itself. The process of creating an identity for a personal brand is slightly different than for a company, much more personal and emotional. This means you really have to get know that person and ask the right questions to nail the look and feel. The biggest difference probably is that a company is more focused on designing for their target audience, while a personal brand is focused on designing for that one person. Streamers don't focus on targeting a select audience, rather to attract like minded people and make them their audience. It's a culture in itself.
